From Our Hearts to Yours
As the smoke clears on our final Industry Night of the year, we’re filled with gratitude for everyone who made these evenings possible. Truly, each night has been a celebration — of the plant, the people, and the passion that connects us all. More than just a product, cannabis represents a culture, a craft, and a community built on love, respect, and shared experience.
For those who may not know, Industry Night is hosted once a month from May through October, after hours, by Rolling Embers. It’s exclusively for cannabis industry employees and their plus ones. Essentially, it’s our way of giving back to the people who make this industry thrive — the budtenders, cultivators, caregivers, and creatives who pour their hearts into their work. Often, they don’t get the chance to kick back and enjoy the very experiences they help create for others. That’s what Industry Night is all about: honoring hard work, building genuine connections, and sharing good vibes among those who truly get it.
To all of the incredible budtenders — we see you. We appreciate you. We thank you. You are the heartbeat of this industry, the bridge between the plant and the people. Your knowledge, care, and daily dedication make a lasting impact. You guide guests to the experiences and products they love, and the energy you bring shapes this growing community. We couldn’t do it without you.
To our vendors and caregivers — your passion and pride shine through everything you do. The care you put into your craft and the love you pour into your work inspire us all. You help make these moments unforgettable and remind us what this culture is truly about.
As we close out the year, we can’t help but reflect on every laugh, every session, and every spark shared under the Rolling Embers sky. While this may be our last Industry Night for now, we’ll be back in 2026 — higher vibes, same love. Until then, keep the flame burning. Keep the passion rolling. And never forget: we’re all growing together.
